The Renewable Heat Incentive rate for non-domestic generators has increased. As from 1 April 2012 the rate for small commercial biomass systems is 8.3p per kWh Tier 1 and 2.1p for Tier 2.
Organisations can apply directly to Ofgem for support and further information and will receive payments quarterly for heat generated over the next 20 years. Full details can be found at decc.gov.uk
